Vision Exercises for Perimenopause

During perimenopause, fluctuating estrogen levels may affect your eyes in ways you might not expect: dry eyes, difficulty focusing up close, increased light sensitivity, and reduced contrast perception.

These five exercises are drawn from clinical research and ophthalmologist recommendations. Regular practice -- even a few minutes daily -- may help maintain visual comfort and flexibility.

The Evidence
