Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective 22 October 2026 · Washington, Nevada and Connecticut
This is the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy of MARKABLE Ltd., the company behind Peritale. It is made under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data law and the Connecticut consumer health data provisions. We apply it to everyone in the United States. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.
Contents
1. Consumer health data we collect and why
| Category of consumer health data | Why we collect it |
|---|---|
| Symptoms, cycle information, medications and supplements, hormone-therapy history, daily check-ins and meals you log | To build your mapping, your report and your progress over time. |
| Cognition, hearing and vision task results, and the scores, ranges and inferences we work out from them (such as your stage band and top symptoms) | To build your mapping and your baseline, and to show your results and progress. |
| Face video and photos, with measurements of facial and skin features, and voice recordings | To build your mapping. Research use happens only if you separately say yes. |
| Your birth month and year | To confirm that you are 18 or over. |
| Your report | So you can read it, print it and take it to your doctor. |
We collect consumer health data for these purposes and for nothing else.
2. Where it comes from
From you; from your phone’s camera, microphone and browser as you use Peritale; and from analysis done for us by the providers named below.
3. How we use and process it
We use consumer health data only to run Peritale: to build your mapping, set your baseline, show your progress and prepare your report. We process it on infrastructure run by the providers named below, under written contracts that allow them to act only on our instructions. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share consumer health data in these categories only.
| Category of recipient | Who | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting, storage and delivery providers | Cloudflare; Google Cloud and Firebase; Neon | Everything you give us in Peritale, as needed to run it |
| AI and image analysis providers | Google (Gemini and speech-to-text); PerfectCorp; [TO CONFIRM: name of second selfie-analysis vendor] | Voice, photos and answers sent for analysis |
| Research team file storage | Microsoft (OneDrive) | Working copies of recordings while we analyse them |
| A doctor or clinic you choose | Only the person you choose | Your report, only after your separate yes |
| Affiliates | [TO CONFIRM: none, or list the affiliates by name] | [TO CONFIRM] |
We also disclose consumer health data where the law requires it, on a valid legal request.
5. Two separate consents
- To collect: we ask for your yes before the camera, the microphone or the health questions start.
- To share: we ask for a different, specific yes before we give your data to anyone other than the providers working for us, such as a doctor you choose. You can say no and still use Peritale.
6. No sale and no geofencing
We do not sell consumer health data. We will not sell it without your valid signed authorization. We do not use a geofence around any facility that provides in-person health care.
7. Your rights and how to use them
You can:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data;
- access it, together with the list of all third parties and affiliates it has been shared with;
- withdraw the consent you gave us, at any time;
- ask us to delete it. Deletion reaches our providers, our archives and our backups.
To use a right, write to privacy@peritale.online with the subject “Privacy request”. If you mapped without an account, add the 6-character code shown at the end of your mapping, so we can find your recording. We answer within 45 days. [TO CONFIRM: second request method such as a web form, if required in a state]
8. Appeal
If we refuse your request, reply to our answer with the subject “Appeal” within 60 days. We respond in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If you still disagree, you can contact the Attorney General of Washington, Nevada or Connecticut.
