Yes. Your first check-in is completely free, with no card and nothing to cancel. You get your overall picture and your symptom snapshot, and they are yours to keep. If you want your full picture, a summary for your doctor, and the daily tools, that is when the Starter Month comes in.
Is the Starter Month a subscription? +
No. The Starter Month is a single HK$78 payment, not a subscription. It unlocks your full picture, a summary for your doctor, and 30 days of all the daily tools. It does not renew on its own. If you decide you want to keep going after that, you choose to.
What's the difference between monthly and annual? +
They include exactly the same thing, a fresh check-in every month, all your daily tools, and your full trend over time. The only difference is how you pay. Monthly is HK$78 a month. Annual works out to HK$48 a month, billed once a year at HK$576, so you save about forty percent if you know you want to stay.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. If you choose to keep going, you can cancel anytime from your account settings, with no call and no form. A monthly plan simply stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.
How much is this, really? +
Your first check-in is free. A full month of your whole picture and every daily tool is HK$78, a one-time payment, which is less than a single specialist visit. If you keep going, it is HK$78 a month, or HK$48 a month on the annual plan. There is no hidden cost and no surprise charge.
What happens to my selfie? +
Your photo is encrypted and stored only with your consent, to support your wellness picture over time. You can delete it at any time, and it is never sold.
