Refund Policy

We want every user to have a smooth and reliable experience with Peritale.

Because our assessments are delivered digitally and often accessed immediately, our refund approach follows standard practices for digital health and wellness services.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Peritale tests, including single tests and prepaid bundles. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws in your country of residence.

1. Single Test Purchases

Single tests are generally non-refundable once accessed or started, except where required by law or where the experience doesn't meet your expectations (like blurry images or technical issues).

We'll review each case individually and offer a refund, free retake, or other solution as appropriate - just reach out and let us know what happened.

2. Test Bundles

Refunds for test bundles depend on how many tests in the bundle have already been completed at the time of your request. To keep refunds fair and consistent, the following rules apply:

  • Each completed test will be charged at the standard single test price that applied at the time you purchased the bundle.
  • The remaining unused portion of the bundle will be refunded based on the tests that were not completed.
  • If all tests in the bundle have been completed, the bundle is not refundable.
For Example

If you buy a bundle of 5 tests, complete 2, and request a refund: We will charge those 2 tests at the single test price from your purchase date, and refund the proportional value of the remaining 3 tests based on the bundle discount you received.

3. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider but typically take between 5 and 10 business days.

We are not responsible for any additional delays caused by your bank or payment provider once we have processed the refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To help us review your request, please include:

  • The email address linked to your Peritale account.
  • The date of purchase and, if relevant, the date of the test.
  • Any relevant transaction details and a brief description of the issue.

Refund requests for single tests are reviewed individually. Refund eligibility for bundles is determined by the number of completed tests in your account at the time of the request and the rules set out in this policy.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy with a revised "Last Updated" date on our website and/or in the app. The version that applied at the time of your purchase will remain in effect for that specific transaction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
